isn't it odd that I live in Mercer County that I blog in Mercer County but Rock Island County is the one that has brought charges.( no jurisdiction)isn't it odd that Scott Gardnner lives in Whiteside County Brooke Flooming lives in Whiteside County but they filed complaint in Rock Island County for something that happens in Mercer County? And then Rock island is the one that brings the charge?;isn't it odd that I am charged with record not to be public for something that happened in March 19 2012for posting something on my blog?that was given to me by Todd Allen who in turn received it from and employee of the SOS(drivers license office in Silvis)but what is really odd is if posting that on my blog was illegal then why did Rock Island County allow it to remain on my blog?(its still up i just checked)they had a search warrant for my blog, if it's illegal to post that record on my blog why did they not take it down?isn't it odd that the search warrant was for the charge of official misconduct in March of 2012, complaint filed by John Hager, and for harassment by electronic means filed by Scott Gardner, and intimidation filed by Brooke FLooming. but how can you be an official in March when the police department was disbanded in January?So at that time i was a citizen.And how can you be harrassed when you go willingly on a blog? it me or does this look like misconduct on the part of RIC?All this happened when the ASA Norma sent me a nasty email saying I cannot file a Foia request. Looks to me the the Rock Island County States Attorneys office is guilty of intimidation. They seem to think there above the law. Bullies, Huh Norma?

foia of john hagers case
I now have police reports , interviews of John Hager injuring his child. I shall be posting these. you will see he changes Story three times,and finally admitted throwing his child down and injuring it. and all he got was $100 fine I believe it's because they're using him, as he was the complaint on my case that is pending for official misconduct how could I be official in March of 2012 when the police department was disbanded in January?I live in Mercer County I blog in Mercer County but Rock Island County did the search warrant . arrest they feel their above all the law And can do what they want
