Here you see where I requested copy of body cam from the day I was charged in Mercer County by Mercer County Deputy Jimmy unsworth. Mercer County State's Attorney you will see said there was nobody cam they were aware of it. Only after I contacted the Illinois Attorney General did lo and behold they found the body cam. It was given to me altered. I have an IT guy processing it right now.  attorney general has now demanded a copy of the body Cam and the policies regarding body cam video evidence by the Mercer County Sheriff's Department. What do you want to bet that they will not give the Attorney General a altered body cam but will give the actual video. I am betting it will not be the same as the body Cam that I was received. I shall be posting documents from where I was charged in Mercer County. I was charged with disorderly conduct breach of the Peace in May of 2017. You will see how Mercer County State's Attorney Megan Lee falsifying court documents present to a judge in Mercer County. You will see how Mercer County Sheriff's deputy James unworth falsified his police report so that it would create probable cause against me for disorderly conduct. Judge Zimmerman found me not guilty in November 2017. Mercer County State's Attorney Megan Lee violated my first amendment rights of freedom of speech. She violated my 4th amendment rights of illegal search and seizure on a fabricated charge. She violated my Fifth Amendment right for due process as she did not provide any Discovery documents to my attorney when she had in her possession body cam video from Deputy Unsworth that showed the charges against me were false. She is corrupt and incompetent to even practice law much less being a state's attorney.                                     Below is Lee's response to my motion to dismiss. You will see in paragraph 5 she comments about the dead dog the veterinarian tell him to Deputy the deputy telling me in my response. What's interesting here is that this is a court document that Mercer County State's Attorney Lee presented to a judge as factual in a criminal case. The truth of the matter is there is no dead dog my dog is still alive she fabricated this whole paragraph. There is no amendment to this error filed in the court. This is the kind of incompetency that is known as Mercer County State's Attorney Megan Lee
