Scott Gardner at my sentence day was interviewed by Chris Minor of WQAD TV
After he lied on stand regarding the phone call I made to him in May of 2011. As he was being interviewed, Chris Minor asked him, How do you feel about the verdict? His reply was, Well at least now he will never be able to have a gun. Guess what Scott, my gun rights was reinstated 5/29/26. Yesterday:):):) also it has been revealed that your statement at the board meeting in July, where you stated that I called you and said I felt uncomfortable coming out without Rock Island County or state backing me up because Rich and Todd were under investigation, was VIDEOED, and lo and behold, that would have exonerated me from the charges , but state did not give that to my defense attorney, a violation of Brady versus Maryland that is going to be addressed. also as that is a civil rights violation (Per My Attorney)so it looks like it's coming back. Stay tuned:)
