MINDY MYERS RON ERICKSON OF ROCK ISLAND SHERIFFS DEPARTMENT FALSIFIED AFFIDAVITS

Here you will see how Rock Island County Sheriffs Officers, Mindy Myers, Ron Erickson,Norma Kazulirich falsified affidavits for search warrants to gain entry to my home. i shall be posting the documents at a later date. The corruption in Rock Island County is unbelievable


HERE YOU WILL SEE THE CORDOVA POLICE DEPARTMENT WAS (DISBANDED) NO LONGER IN EXISTENCE. NOTE DATE.(JAN 31)  


HERE  YOU SEE JOHN HAGER FILES COMPLAINT. COMPLAINT WAS LISTED AS OFFICIAL MISCONDUCT. NOTE THE DATE,(MARCH 19) NOW I ASK, HOW CAN I BEEN A OFFICIAL CLOSE TO 2 MONTHS,AFTER THE POLICE DEPARTMENT WAS DISBANDED?HOW? WHAT A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.ALSO THEY HAD NO JURISDICTION. I LIVE IN MERCER COUNTY, I BLOG IN MERCER COUNTY.

THERE HAS BEEN FILED BY ME A CRIMINAL COMPLAINT AGAINST THESE 3. I RECEIVED A CALL BACK FROM LT. DELOOSE. THE EVIDENCE IS OBVIOUS, THEY FALSIFIED AFFIDAVITS. I WAS ADVISED BY ONE OF THE OFFICERS, THEY WERE LOOKING FOR GUNS OR AMMO TO REVOKE MY PROBATION. FISHING. HOW DID THAT WORK OUT GUYS?WE WILL SEE WHERE TO COMPLAINT GOES. ILL JUST HAVE TO PROCEED OTHER AVENUES.








HERE YOU WILL SEE STATES ATTORNEY NORMA REVIEWED AND OKED  THE SEARCH WARRANT. EVEN THOUGH THERE WAS NO PC, THEY FALSIFIED AFFIDAVITS TO 2 JUDGES. THEY KNEW I WAS NOT A OFFICIAL  2 MONTHS AFTER THE DEPARTMENT WAS DISBANDED. I WAS A PRIVATE CITIZEN EXERCISING MY 1ST AMENDMENT RIGHTS THRU THIS BLOG.

HERE IS THE FALSIFIED AFFIDAVIT FOR MY HOME. NOTICE THE CRIMES THEY WERE TELLING A JUDGE THEY NEED THE WARRANT FOR,OFFICIAL MISCONDUCT,INTIMIDATION,HARASSMENT BY ELECTRONIC MEANS, (ALL FELONIES) BUT YOU WILL SEE WHAT THEY ACTUALLY CHARGED ME WITH,,,LOL ITS HILARIOUS.



SO  I WAS ARRESTED FOR,(RECORD NOT TO BE PUBLIC) I WAS ADAMANT TO MY ATTORNEY, I WANTED TO GO TO TRIAL, SO THAT THE PUBLIC COULD SEE THE CORRUPTION.AS I FORMER COP I KNEW THIS WAS SO CORRUPT.

HERE YOU WILL SEE THERE IS NO CASE LAW ,AS I AM THE ONLY PERSON CHARGED WITH THIS IS THE WHOLE STATE OF ILLINOIS!!!!!!!! CORRUPTION?





NOW REMEMBER THE SEARCH WARRANTS FOR, OFFICIAL MISCONDUCT. BUT HERE THE STATES OWN ARGUMENT IS, AS HE WAS NOT A POLICE OFFICER HE CANNOT BE CHARGED WITH OFFICIAL MISCONDUCT!!!!!! BUT THEY TOLD 2 JUDGES THEY WERE LOOKING FOR EVIDENCE OF OFFICIAL MISCONDUCT.HERE YOU WILL SEE THE ABSOLUTE LIES NORMA,MINDY MYERS AND RON ERICKSON FABRICATED TO COME AFTER ME FOR EXCERSING MY 1ST AMENDMENT RIGHTS.









HERE TO SEE THE JUDGES OPINION. HE SEEN IT THAT WHY I WAS ACQUITTED  . MINDY,,,,RON,,,SORRY BUT WHAT YOU DID WAS WRONG. YOU KNOW IT, I KNOW IT AND SO DO MANY OTHER COPPERS THAT SUPPORT ME.MINDY REMEMBER HOW WHEN YOU SEEN ME AT THE JUSTICE CENTER YOU WOULDNT EVEN LOOK ME IN THE EYES?  THAT IS A INDICATOR OF SOMEONE GUILTY.   THAT IS WHY I FILED A CRIMINAL COMPLAINT AGAINST YOU. WHAT YOU DID WAS CRIMINAL.I WILL NOT STOP UNTIL JUSTICE IS SERVED.YOU CAN BET ON THAT.

NOW YOU ALSO CAN BE FAMOUS.

I WANT TO THANK THE COPPERS THAT HAVE AND CONTINUE TO SUPPORT ME. FROM ROCK ISLAND SHERIFFS DEPARTMENT  TO ILLINOIS STATE POLICE, MOLINE PD AND ALL THE OTHERS. THANK YOU.

    In this climate, how can one NOT say this isn't abuse of police powers. On face value, and judging by the documents posted, there seems to be a concerted effort to screw you. How the police allow that to happen and partake is disgusting and violates any oath taken. There are no excuses they can make to rationalize this based on what they (district attorney included) in search warrant papers - approved by the DA - vs what they argued in court which was the complete opposite. That would mean that either the search warrant team lied - or since the opposite was argued at court - the prosecuting team lied. Either way someone lied. If I were you, I would bring this directly to the ACLU and/or to the FBI. Many a department has been monitored by the State or FBI because of such abuses. Seems to me this department needs oversight.

    WOW. There doesn't appear to be ANY GOOD FAITH EXCEPTION in this case by the investigators. What these people did to you Ray is nothing but BAD FAITH - which is criminal. How many times are these people going to retaliate against you? AND out of County no less. DISGUSTING.

    Why would they come and do this? I am not even a police officer but I know this stinks. What are you going to do or is there anything you can do? I read the one about that man John Hager. My stomach turned. His own baby? Man Ole man. And does he have the child now?he will hurt it again I bet

    OMG this is absolutely not true! I seen him and his wife and ALL of the kids together at the park Sunday and I see him playing with the kids outside as I drive by almost daily. This is a complete farse and you should ashamed for posting this. This is most definitely slander. You Ray should have never of approved this comment. You are a sick person for letting this completely untrue comment be posted. I will be passing this to his family and taking screenshot of it. This is slander and defamation and can be taken to court.

      Here you see readers a resident of Cordova calling me a sick person for allowing a post about a man that admitted abusing his own baby. Here you will see the mentality of someone that cares less about a child having his skull fractured by his own father. Shakes my head.

    I ask that any information a reader posts be factual. I removed. Not deleted 2 comments.Sonthey can be retrieved. Also the reader stated,The LAST I HEARD,not that they knew for sure. I look forward to addressing any litagation regarding this blog. Remember. Supeonas for deposition become public. I would love to represent myself in Rock Island County concerning this blog. Why?because I can and will make more information available thru depositions as is normal in civil court cases. Actually. DcFS should of removed his children. Let's not forget.     Wow, I just heard about this on Jim Fisher's show. Wish you well with this battle. It's unfortunate that corruption is everywhere. Including the town (Moline) I live in.

      Thank you very much for your words of encouragement. It's ironic that I executed a search warrant and recovered half a million dollars of stolen goods from an employee of the Exelon Nuclear Plant. Two officers threatened to kill the mayor plant drugs in his car that worked for Cordova police department. A resident of Cordova files a complaint against me and afterwards fractured his own 4 month old babies skull in two places. $100 fine on the child abuser. No charges on the half million dollars we covered. No charges on the two police officers that threaten a public official. Also I am the only person in the state of Illinois ever charged with record not to be public. Is Rock Island County wanted to shut down my blog the corruption is unbelievable in Rock Island and Mercer County
