Isnt it odd that you dont hear a peep out of Todd Allen?why?Could it be that he knows that by threatening to kill the Mayor,and plant drugs in his car is illegal. And he wants to stay under the radar?Because he KNOWS HES GUILTY?
Isnt it odd, that the same guy that said,and i quote," ill get that sob back,,,ill plant drugs in his car" unquote.This is the same guy that was going ballistic about getting his black tote back,when he left the PD.On and On and On he was calling,the Mayor,and City Hall about getting his black tote back.Low and behold,upon opening the black tote what do we find?1/2lb of cannabis, Heroin,Acid,Cocaine,in old old, evidence bags.unsecured.This is odd ,,why did he put this old evidence into a personal container?But once it was made public what was in the all important,Black Tote.he hasn't called,wrote, or inquired about retrieving it since,is it me, or does anyone else find this odd?He had the desire to plant the drugs in the Mayors car,he had the motive, and he had the drugs.But a wrench was thrown into his gears, when it was revealed what was in his black tote.
