Dear readers, as i now have the court transcript,of Scott Gardner's testimony,aka,,(lies on stand.)AND the copy of the July Police committee meeting where he stated another thing. i shall be posting it after i scan the documents.In it, you will see how his story changed totally.How he lied on stand.But then  that should not surprise anyone,he wrote a letter of support for Rich Wallen as he stated Rich was a awesome officer.I had a complaint on Scott Gardner when i worked CORDOVA. It was in regards to him about trying to run a citizen over. And guess who didn't pursue it after i did report,interviewed the victim,not only did they not pursue it,HE THREW AWAY MY REPORT AND ALL PAPERWORK!!The same RICH WALLEN!!! that was caught sleeping in the squad car. and so on and so on:)Here i had a citizen file a complaint against Scott Gardner for reckless driving,i did the followup,turned it over to the Chief and he throws it away.Why? because he is buddies with Scott Gardner,and this same Scott Gardner employs this man at his CORDOVA SPEEDWAY.Yea fine guy there. Also readers, i know personally former employees of the Dragway that after my case,they QUIT! Why? because they seen how Scott lied on stand and is also part of the Corruption.
 So should this be the actions of a Law Enforcement Officer?Should a business owner try to run someone over and then get away with it?Should a Police Chief disregard a victims complaint because he is friends with the suspect?I dont think so,,but this is how they want things done in Cordova

WHAT WAS I DOING THERE ON JUNE 10?I WAS THERE GIVING  THE DRAG STRIP, MY OWN, AND THE OTHERS OFFICERS PERSONAL CELL PHONE NUMBERS TO POST  NEAR THERE CASH REGISTER,SO THAT THEY COULD CALL US IMMEDIATELY IF THEY EVER NEEDED US WITH NO DELAY OF GOING THRU DISPATCH.
AND  THEY DID CALL US ON A B @E. I DID NOT SAY ONLY CALL US IF RICH OR TODD ISN'T WORKING! NO!I SAID IF YOU EVER NEED US!! WHY WOULD I GIVE THEM OUR PERSONAL #S IF ACCORDING TO SCOTT,  I SAID WE WILL NOT RESPOND UNLESS YOU FIRE THESE TWO?
2 WORDS,,,HE LIED!!!ON STAND HE LIED.(CAN YOU SAY PERJURY?)
BUT SCOTT SAID ON STAND, I TOLD HIM ON MAY 28TH WE WILL NOT RESPOND!!!!I TOOK THIS PICTURE AS THEY AND MANY OTHERS AT THE DRAG WAY WERE MY FB FRIENDS. Scott Gardner, let’s go back to #3. Bruce I have gone through several documents and
records and the termination was justified. Scott questioned if there is a pending
investigation? Ray, there is an on-going State investigation. Scott on July 12th I contacted
Jim at the State’s Attorney Office and he was unaware of any investigation. I was told by
Sgt Goossen when I had Rich working for me at my facility the Cordova Police

Department would not respond until(UNTIL,,,,UNTIL...THATS A BIG DIFFERENCE FROM ,HE SAID THERE WILL BE NO ONE RESPONDING!!! Rock Island County was on the grounds and this
concerns me. I do not plan to continue to employ him the remainder of this season.
Bruce the officers being together due to the nature of the on-going investigation can
turn into a he said/she said, thus a controversial situation. I thought when we talked we
both agreed and the Cordova officers will continue to do the drive-thru patrol. Scott
agreed , HE AGREED THAT THE ISSUE WAS ALL TAKEN CARE OF,BUT AT MY TRIAL HE TOTALLY CHANGED HIS STORY,AS YOU WILL SEE  but noted there is nothing on the State Attorneys desk Bruce, rarely will they talk
about an on-going case. Scott, I do not want to jeopardize the public or your officers.
Bruce, I respect your business and it is good for the community.
